Solivagant Exterior Update

This week effort was focused on the exterior of our current Solivagant build.  We installed the air conditioning condenser, solar panels, awning, rear racks, upper side lights, ladder and exterior plug brackets. The rear rack on the passenger side will have an exterior box for outside storage, and the driver side rack holds the spare tire and future options for a bike rack or another storage box.  The rear racks and ladder used on all Team Adventure USA vans are fabricated by Hanco Fab. We have 144 and 170 vans in stock ready to convert to customer specified configurations in 8 weeks🚐 

144 Intrepid Layout Update

Intrepid layout option 2: Adventure toy hauler.  Two dirt bikes, dirt bike and mountain bike, street bike, kayaks, paddle boards.  With 32” x 137” of clear space from behind the passenger seat to the rear doors the options are endless for gear that can be carried.  More updates to follow to include stowed counter space, options for rack for skis, snow boards, skate boards, etc

Front and Rear Cushions

Cushy cushions for your tush! Like our aluminum fabrications, our cushions are made in house by Team Adventure USA. Made with vinyl or outdoor fabric that is washable, the cushions serve to make the van interior pop based on personal preference. Plus the cushion bottoms are made with Super Grip nonslip underlining sold by Sail Rite to avoid annoying slipping and sliding.  We offer a variety of patterns when ordering a custom built van

Exterior Screens

All Team Adventure USA vans come with a full set of screens to allow an air draft while keeping the bugs out! The screens allow for some privacy from others walking by without compromising your view. With magnetic edges and storage bags, it’s very easy to put up and take down the screens! We have vans in-stock ready for your adventures❕
