We LOVE bringing our furry friends on our adventures, but sometimes they aren’t allowed on the trails. The Team Adventure USA vans are fully climate controlled with over 10 hours of air conditioning on batteries and diesel heater will keep your pet(s) comfortable. The optional Waggle monitor can be added to monitor Van temps from a far on a smart phone app allowing a peace of mind knowing your pets are safe

All the structures in Team Adventure USA vans are fabricated ALUMINUM and BOLTED to the van walls. We do not rely on screws to keep our structures in place and all structures are structurally sound before being installed in our vans. Built to last with real world use.
Nature’s Head Composting Toilet
Team Adventure USA designed our bathroom to allow for easy toilet removal. This means easy access to the toilet mounting bolts to the floor brackets and the odor hose. We feel compositing toilets are the best solution and has no odor into the van with the vent hose creating negative pressure in the solids area

Our bed system is adjustable vertically and folds up, out of the way for maximum flexibility of interior space. One side can be folded down for a couch or remove the cushion to have a work space. This configuration is available in both our 144 and 170 van conversions. Fabricated with aluminum and TIG welded with a powder coated final finish

If additional seating with seat belts is required, we do offer a fold up bench seat as an option which bolts where the standard bench mounts. This seat can be mounted permanent or removable. In the past, we have mounted a plate to the van where the standard bench seat bolts and it can be removed and the forward facing bench can mount to retain flexibility.

The hardest part of any adventure is keeping all your stuff in your camper van. To address this we, at Team Adventure USA, have created a strong durable aluminum cabinet system to provide increased storage capability without the weight or size penalty from contemporary wood shelfs. The aluminum ceiling cabinets can be configured with or without doors to suit your needs and the adventures needed.
Both the door and no door cabinet options come with ergonomic curve that provides no sharp edges but a gradual radius that holds your possessions within the shelving. Interior shelving can be added to the cabinets to fit your specific needs whether you are organized every inch for each appliance or if you throw everything into a duffle bag . Team Adventure USA Cabinets can be customized to fit any specific length required so you can carry a record player or for the modern music enthusiast multiple slots for your A track tapes.

Team Adventure USA vans are designed for durable flexibility for real world use. Load a motorcycle, kayak, bicycles, or anything that will fit and still have FULL use of the van. Need to do some work? No problem - simply install our removable back rest and adjust the bed platforms to creating a large working area. Need to sleep with your gear still in the van? No problem - adjust the bed heights to be above your gear and get some rest. We have Mercedes 144 and 170 2wd, 4x4 and AWD vans in stock ready to convert to your specific requirements

Bed Bench System
The bed system in our latest Solivagant 170 Mercedes allows the flexibility of having a complete walk through van with benches for 4 adults to sit and have a meal, storing bikes, a dirt bike, or anything else that will fit. The beds are 34.5” x 74” and also have an option to reduce the size slightly and having a walkway between them when in the down position. With only one bike in the van, a single bed can be folded down and slept in with bathroom and fridge fully functional. We have three different bed systems available to match our customer’s needs. All our systems are aluminum TIG welded structures and powder coated before final installation. Team Adventure USA designs and fabricates everything in house. Cold Weather Kit Testing
Team Adventure USA vans come with a cold weather kit to allow using our vans in four seasons. We are taking advantage of our cold weather here in Iowa to test the system in extreme cold weather - currently -5 F with windchill of -30 F. With display showing the actual temperature of the critical under van areas it is easy to monitor for testing and in real world use.
Battery Power
Battery Power
Team Adventure USA vans come with up to 800 amp hours of battery power. This is great to run the air condition for over 10 hours, but they also need to be re-charged. Re-charging is achieved by:
1) Second 370 amp alternator with high output at idle
2) 700 watts of solar
3) plug in shore power.
No switches or settings to change based on the charging method, everything is automatic
Rear Door Latches
Keeping the rear doors open with gear on the door and wind can be a challenge - unless you have hold open latches designed and fabricated by Team Adventure USA. Latches snap in the locked position when the rear doors are opened completely. When it is time to close the doors, simply reach through and release the latch. With solar panels and a satellite antenna on the roof having a platform to sit on is not straight forward. Team Adventure USA built a hinged platform to store out of the way when not in use. The platform is spring assisted and locks in the stowed position when not in use.
144 4x4 Motorcycle Hauler
Bike Hauler
With our fold-up/adjustable bed system we can configurate our Intrepid model to be a bike hauler also. The bathroom/shower and sink switch places and the fridge/counter is rotated and the van is set. An electric bike lift system is used and a bike can be loaded and unloaded in 60 seconds by simply pushing a button. When not in use, the lift has an aluminum tread plate surface to be used as a floor in the van. We can also to the same in our 170 Salivagant.

We have completed our bike rack system which accommodates 1 or 2 bikes! The complete aluminum structure is TIG welded and will be powder coated for production. The racks are fully adjustable for road bikes, mountain bikes, and E-bikes. The bike racks mount using the same mounting points as our external storage box.

For maximum capacity and minimum ground clearance reduction - Team Adventure USA designed and manufactures our own water tanks. Tanks are fabricated with .125 aluminum and TIG welded for strength. Fresh water 24.5 gallons💦Grey 15 gallons. Final configuration includes level sensor, heating pad, insulation, and breather. These are also fabricated and available for purchase from @hancofab
